Kelly Artists Shine in Prattville

At the recent Prattauga Art Guild Fall Show, three Kelly Art Associates took top awards. Trish Gober won 1st Place in Opaque Painting with her beautiful oil landscape called “Day Break.” Not only did it win 1st Place, but it received a Purchase Award by W. Dwight Hernderson, Healthcare Systems.

Behind her by nose, Donna Pate came in 2nd Place in the same category, with her “Jewel, Sunlit, ” a stunning portrait of a cat with sunlight playing on its whiskers.

Donna also won a Purchase Award for another wonderful oil, “Bibb Graves Bridge,” purchased by River Bank and Trust.

Likewise, Marty Woodall received Purchase Award, this time from Dr. and Mrs. Jim Simpson for her moody “Mountain Morning’s Mist,” created with oil and cold wax. She also received an Honorable Mention for “Luck Lake: Prince of Wales, Alaska” photograph.
