October 19 is coming–save the date for the annual Wetumpka Wildlife Art festival. It’s become such a popular venue that The Kelly has hired a Special Events Coordinator to help.
Welcome to the Kelly family, Ava Claire Mattox!! Here is her bio:
“Ava Claire is a Wetumpka native and Auburn University alumnus. After graduating from Auburn, she moved to Savannah, Georgia, to work as the Volunteer Coordinator at the Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity. She later took over as the Development Manager and spearheaded grant, event, volunteer, and fundraising efforts. She has since moved back to Wetumpka with her husband, Trey.
She is currently studying to achieve her Master’s of Natural Resources through her alma mater, while also serving as a Naturalist for the Alabama Nature Center and The Kelly Fitzpatrick Center for the Arts’ Special Events Coordinator. In her spare time, Ava Claire likes to be outdoors, making pottery, reading and spending time with her friends and family.”
What a perfect fit she is!! We are so glad to have her assistance in this huge project!!
