The River Rose is the charming shop next door to The Kelly Art Gallery on Company Street.
Sharon Wilson, proprietor, formerly owned the Rose of Sharon in Montgomery, but she morphed into the precious River Rose when she moved her business to Wetumpka by the river.
Her shop offers quilting classes and fabric for sale, but more than that, it displays beautiful vintage pieces and home decor, such as lamps, for sale. Even if you don’t quilt, you might enjoy sitting on a sofa for a little chat and comfort.
Lean more about Sharon and her shop at Tuesday With Kelly this coming Tuesday, July 19, at noon. Bring a sack lunch–Kelly provides beverages and dessert.
