Kelly’s Kids Continue to Create

During the spring and summer months, Wetumpka holds a Community Market behind Company Street on the bank of the Coosa River. It’s every first Thursday of the month, April – November, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Because it attracts families with booths of food, clothes, and other interesting items, it is a perfect place to reach out to the kids.

The Kelly always hosts a table just for kids with a fun little free art project. Thanks to Carol Hickman, Lynda Fain and E’lissa Richey, among others, the table is ready, supplies are out, and there’s someone to guide the kids, if needed. But many are just fine working on their own!
