Martha started painting at the age of 70, so it shows you are never too old to try something new.  Her two brothers are artists, so she wanted to see if she had inherited the artistic gene, too.  Once she picked up her brush she never put it down!  

Her goal when she started painting was to paint a special painting for each of her nine grandchildren.  She completed her goal this past year and is excited to say she had to add one more painting, because a great granddaughter was added to the family! 

Martha has taken many local art classes, workshops and online classes.  She is always learning something new and sees the world in a whole new light.  She feels very blessed to have found so much love and enjoyment from her art and has made so many new friends in the process.
