Almost Reaching Our Goal

The Kelly has been given a huge amount in donation from local individuals, businesses and other groups. We’re blessed to have so much interest and involvement. However, we’re not quite there yet. The Board has done its best to see to it that no debt will befall the members in the coming years, so the hope is to totally pay off the renovation this year.

Board member Wayne Turner points out that there will continue to be needs in the future, not only for the staff, electricity, water, etc., but also for the green space BEHIND the building, which we also acquired. He hopes that we’ll find a grant to do some needed landscaping in the future.
