Be a Vendor at WEWA
We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor!
We will be hosting regional artists, crafters, wildlife and sporting experts, and other such related vendors. Please see the details below for more information. We will accept a variety of artists including (but not limited to) fine art, textiles, pottery, photography, jewelry, metal, wood and more! We also welcome vendors focused on wildlife, sporting life, and the great outdoors. If you fit in both categories, even better!
Vendor Space Information
Festival Vendor spaces are 10’ x 15’, and vendors are responsible for their own set up (ie. tents, tables, display racks, and/or chairs).
FEES:
Cost is $100.00 for each Festival Vendor space reserved. All fees are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, booth reservations will apply to the rescheduled date.
RELIEF:
We will provide volunteer floaters to relieve vendors as needed (ex. lunch, restroom breaks, etc.) throughout the event.
LOCATION:
Festival vendors are located near the events and demonstrations.
NOTIFICATION:
Spaces are limited and will be accepted based on relevance to the event, quality of work, and number of applications within a particular category.
Approval notifications are sent out from now to 14 days from the application closure date. As such, we encourage everyone to apply sooner rather than later, because we cannot guarantee that there will still be vendor spots available upon the official deadline date.
Application Information
New vendor applications will be available until August 31, 2025.
Please either fill out the online form below, or please fill out the vendor application PDF and submit to us at [email protected]. We review every application and, if approved, you will be sent a contract and payment details for the space. Once accepted, each participant can purchase one or more booth spaces.
Please contact us with any questions, including application status.
