Alex Hoefer is Wind Creek’s Executive Chef and oversees all of their Wetumpka location’s restaurants, special events, and about 130 staff. He attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and in 2016 even hosted the Australian Olympic Swim Team for 3 weeks leading up to the Rio Summer Olympic Games.
