June Carpenter will be speaking on the 2nd Tuesday this month about Kelly Fitzpatrick, our own noted namesake artist. She lives quite near where he grew up, right in the heart of Wetumpka and knows a lot about him as a man and as an artist.
June wrote a series of very interesting articles on “The Kelly Connection” for our former emagazine, called The Kelly Canvas. This talented lady contributed photographs as well as historical facts and insights.
Join us this coming Tuesday, 12:00-1 p.m., for a talk at The Kelly ON Kelly. Bring a sack lunch; we provide a beverage, dessert and great company!
