Live DEMO TODAY! Wetumpka is celebrating Tim Burton Week with The Kelly highlighting expressionistic art. Linda Lee has agreed to paint with observers watching her loose technique. Meanwhile, there are children’s art activities available. Linda has several beautiful paintings for sale in the gallery.
Libby Christensen, dressed for the Mad Hatter’s tea party yesterday, is posing with her quilts. The “Haunted Fish House” wall hanging is for sale. Christensen Creations donated the lap quilt on the left, called “Burton’s Whirlies,” to The Kelly to give away. Libby will be sewing at the gallery 3-5:00, along with Linda. Lots of activities throughout downtown Wetumpka. Decorated windows, costume ball, trivia quizzes, characters in costume, photo op for the Big Fish House on Saturday, open mic for tall tales at Provisions Cheese and Wine Shoppe, outdoor showing of The Big Fish Saturday night.
