Description

Join Tony Veronese at The Kelly for a three-day workshop focusing on methods for creating portraits through observation! Throughout the workshop, students will produce both drawings and paintings working from references and live individuals. Day 1 will focus on portraiture theory and starting with drawing the head and features. Day 2 will focus on using a Zorn palette to create tonal shifts in portrait painting. Day 3 will focus on personal expression in portrait painting. Supplies and models will be provided for the class by The Kelly.
