Dust Off Your Mask

Don some sparkles, save your appetite, and do NOT forget that Arti Gras is THIS coming Tuesday, February 21, 2023, 6-9 p.m. at the Penthouse Suite in the Wind Creek Casino Hotel. Huge thanks go to the Casino and Hospitality for their generous support.

Some will enjoy wearing costumes and/or masks, others are looking forward to the delicious hors d’oeuvres, a few may bring their dancing shoes, as other groups congregate on the magnificent balconies overlooking the Coosa into the sunset while they sip wine. Everyone will get a chance to select an art piece to take home.

Our Director Jennifer Eifert and the hospitality committee have been collecting art pieces from our Art Associates and some other Kelly members and very much appreciate their donations. This gala is the biggest fund-raiser of the year for The Kelly Fitzpatrick Center for the Arts, for the renovation of the new building and the running of the center. It takes a community to support a 501(c)(3), and this community has been working hard. Thanks to all and keep the checks coming!

Meanwhile, get ready to rock a rollicking night. Excitement will build as everyone waits for his/her number to be called–each ticket gets a chance to choose art. Will the piece you really wanted still be available or did someone else nab it?

Masks of any kind NOT required. No specific dress code. But come dressed.
