Our 4,800 square feet of space can accommodate a gathering as large as 145 people. The Kelly requires that interested parties submit a Venue Rental Inquiry form. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval. The Kelly reserves the right to decline inquiries for any reason, such as avoiding facility double-booking, perceived determinant to The Kelly’s professional image, or concern over artwork safety.
Please review the “Rental Agreement” for details on requirements and rules. To rent The Kelly, you will need to fill out and submit the “Venue Inquiry Form”. You may fill out the PDF version included in the “Rental Agreement” and send it to us at [email protected], or you may also fill out the below online form with details of your event. We will review every application and, if approved, you will be sent a contract and payment details for the space.
