DESCRIPTION:The Kelly invites you to join us for another wonderful art exhibition\, this time showcasing our local and regional African-American artists.  Alabama (and the South) is a kaleidoscope of life and legacies\, and we are excited to highlight these amazing contemporary artists. \nWe’ll also have a sub-exhibit of art commemorating prominent African-American legends and leaders to celebrate black excellence throughout history as well as in the arts.

DESCRIPTION:This event is restricted to Artist Associate-level members only. \nGrab your art supplies\, and join your fellow Kelly artists here at the gallery! \nOur monthly “Studio Day” event is part of our Artist Associates program\, where we open the doors for you to come draw\, paint\, and create art together.  Join your local community of artists\, and you are free to simply chat as you create\, or give and get feedback from each other\, and network.  We’ll be open for you from 11:00am until 3:00pm\, and you may come and go at any time during this block. \nWe’ll provide refreshments\, so please feel free to bring your lunch. \nDetails:\n\nClosed to the public\, however guests are welcome.\nStill-life displays (and possible live figure models) available upon request.\nTables\, chairs\, drop cloths\, and easels provided.
