Join us at noon for the monthly lunch and learn at The Kelly. The lunch and learn starts at noon with a guest speaker. Bring your lunch and The Kelly will furnish cookies and water.
Tuesday With Kelly is pleased to present Sharon Wilson, owner of River Rose Quilting and Home Goods. After having spent 30 years in Montgomery as Rose of Sharon Quilt Shop, owner Sharon Wilson decided to rename and move, trading the city life for a more peaceful setting in a small town. River Rose is a wonderful addition to downtown Wetumpka with their beautiful home goods, quilting fabrics, custom quilts, draperies , bedding, and even antique quilt restorations
Sharon holds a Master certification from the Draperies and Window Coverings training program and has been published in Traditional Home, Southern Accents, and Veranda. Sharon was on the faculty of Auburn University Montgomery, teaching custom window treatments and bedding in their design program. She has pieces on display at Baptist Hospital South, Vaughn Forest Baptist Church, Aldersgate Methodist Church, and the national headquarters of the Air National Guard in Washington, D.C.
